A testament to dedication and talent, Chef Chor Fai has carved a remarkable path in the world of top level cuisine, honing his skills in the demanding kitchens of Michelin starred restaurants across the world. From his formative years at London's iconic Restaurant Gordon Ramsay to his most recent role at the celebrated Sézanne in Tokyo, his career is distinguished by a commitment to culinary excellence.

Chef Chor Fai’s  journey in the upper echelons of the culinary world began after graduating from the prestigious Gordon Ramsay Apprenticeship Scheme in 2018. This intensive program, designed to cultivate the next generation of top chefs, provided him with a solid foundation in classic French technique and the relentless pursuit of perfection that defines the Ramsay standard. 

Following his graduation, Chor Fai secured a coveted position at the flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Royal Hospital Road, London, a bastion of fine dining that has held three Michelin stars for over two decades.

He most recently contributed his expertise to the team at Sézanne, the 3-star Michelin restaurant within the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi. This move to one of Asia's most acclaimed dining destinations underscores his continuous drive to evolve and perform at the highest level of the global culinary scene.
