After maturing for over six years in oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, Alex Thomas, our Master Blender, finished this exquisite whiskey in rare Pomerol wine casks

Copeland Rhubarb & Blackberry Irish Gin

A flavoured gin using only the highest quality fruits from local farms in County Down, ensuring they’re fresh when they arrive in the distillery. Copeland soak the rhubarb, blackberries and other botanicals in alcohol for 16-24 hours, then transfer to the pot of the 300L copper column still,  adding additional fruit and botanicals. The spirit is then distilled to infuse all the flavour together into this spirt, perfect for mixing with your favourite tonic.

Copeland Jones 1778 Navy Strength Gin

In honour of US Navy Captain John Paul Jones’s victory in the battle of the Copelands, this is one of the distillery's one of our strongest and rarest spirits. This gin is aged in Kentucky bourbon casks for 120 days and Oloroso sherry casks for 20 days and bottled at 57% ABV. Winner of THE GIN MASTERS ‘MASTER’ AWARD 2021, the World’s most highly regarded series of spirits blind tasting competitions
