Who makes it?

Barón do Sil Winery is located deep in the Sil Valley of Valdeorras, where the slate soils and selected vineyards produce rich wines of enormous quality. Located in Petín de Valdeorras
How is it made?

The 100% Godello grapes are cold macerated for 4 to 6 hours to extract flavour. Fermentation is in stainless steel and part in 500 liter barrels at controlled temperature.
What does it taste like?

Complex and elegant nose with mineral aromas, golden deliapple and dried flowers. The palate is mineral and complex with green fruit. Unctuous and with good volume.
