How is it made?

A blend of mostly Grenache with Mourvedre and Syrah.

The grapes are harvested by machine, destemmed and pressed overnight to preserve their freshness and protect them from oxidation. Fermentation at low temperature, allowing the extraction of aromas of small flowers. Aging on lees for a few weeks

What does it taste like?

Crunchy fruit nose enhanced with a discreet spicy touch. On the palate, this wine is marked by fruit that
expresses himself freely. A balanced profile, fresh, aromatic, with accents of Mediterranean herbs.
