How is it made?

Grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed at night to maintain their freshness and protect them from oxidation. The Gilbert & Gaillard team seeks to extract the delicious aromas of small red fruits by carrying out fermentation at low temperatures.

Aged on lees for a few weeks before bottling.
What does it taste like?

Ruby color with purple highlights. Very inviting nose mixing violet, small red fruits, spices, notes of garrigue. Polished palate with fine, light tannins, coated with a lovely freshness. A delicious Syrah, immediately accessible
