Who makes it?

The domaine was created in the 1980s in Sancerre before it expanded with the acquisition of Domaine de Montbenoit in the Coteaux du Giennois. After travelling the world, the next generation has now returned to the family’s terroirs.

Clément, who has worked as a cellar master in the USA, is now responsible for vinification and sales at the domaine. Florian, building on his experience gained in Burgundy and New Zealand, is now in charge of the work in the vineyards

How is it made?

100% Chenin Blanc fermented and aged in stainless steel

What does it taste like?

elegance, freshness, and a fine mineral depth. It shimmers pale gold in the glass, and on the nose, it reveals aromas of yellow apple, quince, white blossoms, and a hint of honey. On the palate, the Chenin Blanc Vouvray is dry, balanced, and with a lively acidity, making it an exciting accompaniment to many dishes.
