The terroir is characterized by a unique composition of 90% Garonne gravel and 10% clay-limestone, providing the perfect foundation for a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. To ensure concentrated flavors, the estate employs high-density planting and rigorous yield-control methods, including leaf thinning and green harvesting. Once the grapes reach optimal ripeness, they are carefully sorted and fermented in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged for 18 months, with 12 months spent in oak barrels, resulting in a refined structure that balances traditional methods with modern precision.
