The story began when Gabriel Farnet acquired the 19th-century château and its historic chapel, meticulously replanting the original vineyards to revive the land's potential. By 1955, Minuty’s commitment to quality earned it the elite status of Cru Classé (Classified Growth) of the Côtes de Provence, a distinction held by only 23 properties.
