Who makes it?

Domaine Fond Croze began the day after the end of the First World War in 1918 when Charles Long started cultivating vines in Saint Roman de Malegarde on Southern Rhône. Today, Charles’ grandsons, Daniel and Bruno, are in charge with Daniel concentrating on the vineyards and Bruno looking after the winemaking.

The winery now tends to over 80ha of vines which have been converted to organic farming since 2009

How is it made?

This wine comes from a vineyard in Saint-Roman-De-Malegarde. Its exposure on the northern slope of the hill offers magnificent freshness. The grapes go through a direct pressing and cold settling before a long and cool fermentation in stainless steel vats

What does it taste like?

Very light color with a beautiful shine. At first nose, we can sense aromas of exotic fruit, a hint of harlequin candy and citrus fruits. On the palate, we are surprised by the acidity and freshness of this wine, which allows for an explosion of fruit.
