Who makes it?

Greenwing didn't just stumble into the premium wine scene; it was born from a desire to capture the wild, untamed essence of the Pacific Northwest. Helmed by Joseph Czarny—an emerging star in the winemaking world whose expertise is quickly becoming legendary—Greenwing collaborates with regional artists to bring each bottle to life. In fact, the striking label features a beautifully illustrated feather from the indigenous green-winged teal duck, meticulously crafted by renowned New York artist Nicolas V. Sanchez. It’s a bottle that looks just as sophisticated on a minimalist dining table as it tastes in a crystal glass, embodying a rich history of regional storytelling and artisanal dedication.

How is it made?

Crafted from premium grapes grown in the world-renowned Willamette Valley AVA of Oregon, this exceptional cool-climate Pinot Grigio thrives in a truly unique terroir. The vineyards benefit from cool Pacific Ocean breezes and rich, nutrient-dense volcanic soils, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly to build incredible depth and natural freshness. To preserve this vibrant fruit profile and distinct regional character, the winemakers utilized 100% stainless steel fermentation and aging. By avoiding oak completely, they ensured the final wine remains a pure, energetic, and authentic expression of Oregon’s finest sustainably grown Pinot Grigio grapes.

What does it taste like?

This vibrant Oregon Pinot Grigio opens with a captivating bouquet of ripe white peach, crisp red apple, and bright lemon zest, all gently lifted by a delicate hint of sweet honeysuckle. On the palate, a lively wave of crisp acidity meets a distinct vein of clean minerality, making the wine feel brilliantly bright and alive. The texture strikes a flawless balance between refreshing finesse and expressive fruit depth, culminating in a long, elegant finish highlighted by notes of lush stone fruit and rich lemon curd. It is the ultimate refreshing white wine for sophisticated palates, pairing beautifully with fresh seafood or a sunny afternoon.
