Who makes it?

In the heart of the Marca Trevigiana, at the foot of Colli Asolani and Montello district, stands Cantina Montelliana, a cooperative of 400 associated vine growers that produces Prosecco DOC, DOCG, and other wines of high organoleptic value.

How is it made?

Sparkling wine made by natural
fermentation with the Charmat method. It
embodies all the fragrance and mineral
taste of the Asolo hills.

What does it taste like?

Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and fine bubbles, it has a fruity bouquet and full-bodied, fresh taste, completed by a dense, creamy foam. The low residua sugar content makes it suitable for accompanying all the courses in the meal.
