The weather will (hopefully) be warmer and some of the best Irish produce is coming into season.

Chef Neill Graham has therefore crafted an incredible menu to showcase this most wonderful of seasons.

And of course we will be showcasing our favourite spring wines from our exclusive cellar.

As this is a set menu event we unfortunately cannot cater for any dietary restrictions.
