Clément, who has worked as a cellar master in the USA, is now responsible for vinification and sales at the domaine. Florian, building on his experience gained in Burgundy and New Zealand, is now in charge of the work in the vineyards
Winemaking
100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Delicate pressing of the grapes then the juice is settled. The alcoholic fermentation starts naturally under temperature control. The wine is aged on fine lees for 9 to 12 months.
