Who makes it?

The domaine was created in the 1980s in Sancerre before it expanded with the acquisition of Domaine de Montbenoit in the Coteaux du Giennois. After travelling the world, the next generation has now returned to the family’s terroirs.


Clément, who has worked as a cellar master in the USA, is now responsible for vinification and sales at the domaine. Florian, building on his experience gained in Burgundy and New Zealand, is now in charge of the work in the vineyards

How is it made?


100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Delicate pressing of the grapes then the juice is settled. The alcoholic fermentation starts naturally under temperature control. The wine is aged on fine lees for 9 to 12 months.

What does it taste like?

typical nose combining white flowers, citrus and exotic fruits.
On the palate, the attack is soft and tender.
