Product Profile

A lesser known estate in Montalcino, though one keen to make a name for itself, Cava d’Onice lies just to the east of Montalcino in the Val d’Orcia. Simone and his father Valter Nannetti’s wine journey started with the Colombaio farm in 1995. Winemaking

A blend of 85% Sangiovese with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc & Merlot.
